Most of our puppies are reserved before they are born. However, availability can vary depending on the
litter.

availability.

Start by completing our puppy application. Once reviewed, we will reach out to you to discuss next
steps.
A deposit is required to reserve your spot in a litter.

Our puppies typically range from $4,000 to $5,000 depending on the litter, pedigree, and selection.
Pricing for current and upcoming litters can be found on the Available Puppies page.

A $500 deposit is required to reserve your spot.
Deposits are only accepted after your application has been reviewed and we have personally contacted
you.
Submitting a deposit before that does not guarantee a spot.

Each puppy goes home with:
• AKC registration
• Age-appropriate vaccinations and health record
• Starter food
• A small gift basket
• Ongoing support from us

Puppies are selected in order based on deposit and gender preference.
For example, “second pick male” means you would be the second person to choose a male puppy from
that litter.

After placing your deposit:
You will receive regular updates
Puppy selections occur at 8 weeks
Pickup or delivery will be scheduled

Puppies go home at 8 weeks of age.

We allow selections at 8 weeks to ensure each puppy’s personality, structure, and development are
clear.
This helps you make the best possible choice.

Yes. All of our puppies are AKC registered.
We prepay for registration and complete the process for you at pickup.

Yes. All of our breeding dogs are health tested to ensure strong genetics and overall well-being.
This includes testing for hip and elbow dysplasia as well as JLPP.

Yes. We provide a 2-year health guarantee covering hip and elbow dysplasia.

Yes. Our puppies are raised in a family environment and are exposed to everyday sounds, handling,
and early socialization from an early age.

Yes. While we prefer in-person pickup, we understand that is not always possible.
We offer delivery to your nearest airport with a flight nanny who provides updates, photos, and videos
throughout the journey.
We never ship puppies via cargo.

We allow scheduled visits for approved families.
This gives you the opportunity to meet the puppies, their parents, and see how they are raised.

Our males typically weigh between 125–135 lbs and females between 105–115 lbs.
Your puppy will generally fall within this range.

We look for committed, responsible homes that understand the Rottweiler breed and are prepared for
the time, training, and care they require.
